Hey just a reminder everyone that the the third annual Arizona Taco Festival is this weekend! This year’s event takes place at the Salt River Fields in Scottsdale from 11AM to 7PM Saturday and Sunday.
Featuring $2 dollar tacos all weekend, there will be over 50 restaurants and food trucks present such as Dos Gringos and Sandbar. But that’s just the beginning. Not only will there be a wide assortment of “margaritas & cervezas”, there’s also a chile pepper eating contest and cooking demonstrations. Don’t forget the “Live Surf Music,” along with Lucha Libre Wrestling, Go-Kart racing, and a Kids Zone featuring balloon sculptors, bouncy castles and face painters.
Each day also features separate events such as the Boutique Tequila Expo and Chihuahua Beauty Pageant on Saturday and a real-life “Wedding Fantastico” on Sunday.
