Daniel Mills Answers The YabYum 7!

Daniel Mills is a direct kind of guy.

When he’s asked a question, he doesn’t skirt around the subject, he comes right to the point. I like that. These may be the shortest YabYum 7 answers we’ve ever run, but quite frankly, Daniel’s pictures speak for themselves.

His dedication to offering “public art, sustainability, urban living, historical awareness, and a sense of place” in Phoenix and Arizona at large has made him a favorite, not only here at YabYum, but to his fans all throughout this state and others. We at YabYum are proud and honored to have Daniel Mills answer the YabYum 7!

1. Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Daniel Mills and I run Phoenix Taco, a Phoenix-based blog that focuses on art and street culture in the Valley and Arizona.

I started in August of 2010 when LA Taco, the original LA-based publication helped set me up with the necessary resources.

3. What inspires you?

I am inspired by forms of art that promote civic engagement.
